With a soft blanket wrapped around my shoulders, I sit with a steamy cup of black tea in my adorable, pink ghost mug. The soft fairy lights twinkle as a comfortable silence falls over the room.

Hello, my lovelies! ♡
Welcome back for night 3 of Pinkoween! Tonight, we’re harnessing the quiet, powerful energy of the New Moon in Libra.
The New Moon is a potent & intimate time that feels like a fresh, blank page in our diary. Instead of sweeping away the old, this pilates ritual focuses on drawing in new energy, planting the seeds of our goals, and building the physical and mental foundation needed for them to thrive!
The Pink Pilates Princess aesthetic reminds us that true strength begins at the core. This gentle, yet intentional flow will help you stabilize your center so you can move gracefully toward everything you wish to manifest this month. This short, but gentle pilates routine is perfect to wind down at the end of the night!

The Ritual: Setting Your Intention
Before you begin, find a quiet space. You might light an earthy-scented candle (like sage or vanilla) and surround yourself with crystals perfect for the new moon: rose quartz, selenite, citrine, labardorite, and amethyst. Take three deep, slow breaths.
As you inhale, visualize a soft, hopeful pink light filling your lungs and making you feel warm all over. As you exhale, verbally state what you are calling in.
Example Intentions:
“I welcome confidence and clarity into my decisions.”
“I cultivate gentle strength in my body.”
“I attract beautiful connections and opportunities.”
“Every day, I am moving closer to the person I am meant to be.”
“I see my goals with perfect clarity and focus.”
Let the breath and the intention anchor your movements. Remember, we are building a stable, graceful foundation.
The Manifestation Flow (Perform 8–10 Repetitions of Each)
1. Moonbeam Cat-Cow (Cultivating Flow)
This movement is perfect for creating fluid energy along the spine, which is crucial for manifestation. We want the energy in our body to move freely.
Start: On all fours, hands under shoulders, knees under hips.
The Draw-In (Cow): Inhale slowly, dropping your belly, lifting your sit bones, and gently gazing forward. Feel the space opening up to invite new ideas and opportunities.
The Foundation (Cat): Exhale deeply, tucking your tailbone, rounding your spine. Gently tuck your chin. Feel your core hug your center, creating stability.
2. Swan Dive (Heart Opening for Magnetism)
A gentle back extension to open the chest, the center of our giving and receiving energy. An open heart is a powerful magnet for the things we desire.
Start: Lie flat on your stomach, hands under your shoulders.
The Lift: Inhale and gently press into your hands, lifting only your head and upper chest off the mat. Visualize your intention radiating outward from your heart.
The Sink: Exhale and roll forward on your chest and lift your legs up then slowly lift back up opening up that heart, feeling gratitude for the act of movement. Modify by only doing the lift if the swan dive is too hard!
3. Single Leg Circles (Defining Your Space)
This move focuses on core stability while promoting fluid hip movement. By keeping the core still while the leg moves, we practice maintaining our center while taking graceful action toward our goals.
Start: Lie on your back, arms alongside your body. Extend your right leg straight up toward the ceiling.
The Circle: Inhale to begin a small, controlled circle with your leg. Exhale as you complete the circle. Focus entirely on keeping your hips stable on the mat, your physical foundation.
Switch: After 8–10 repetitions, reverse the direction. Repeat the entire set on the left leg.
4. The Hundred Prep (Core Foundation)
The Pilates staple and one of my personal favorite moves for core strengthening! This is about generating inner strength and focus. When your center is strong, you can handle any external influence without losing your poise.
Start: Lie on your back, knees bent over your hips in a tabletop position.
The Hold: Inhale, then exhale as you curl your head and shoulders off the mat. Extend your arms long. Maintain this tight, focused lift.
The Pulse: Pulse your arms rapidly up and down, inhaling for five small pulses and exhaling for five small pulses. Every pulse is a tiny commitment to your New Moon intentions. (Perform 20–30 pulses total).

The Afterglow: Sealing the Intention
When you are finished, roll to your side and slowly press yourself up to a seated position. Place your hands over your solar plexus and breathe into the quiet, powerful strength of your core. You have anchored your intention, strengthened your core, and gracefully begun a new cycle alongside the moon.
Happy manifesting, and don’t forget to charge your crystals under the new moon!
What are some of your favorite new moon rituals?
