Hello my little Vintage Darlings ♡
With my love of magical fairy dust, I wanted to share one of my absolute favorite makeup palettes with you Loves today. Enchanted by dreamy pastels and darling sparkles, the Glitter Bomb Palette from Too Faced is one of my go to’s. It’s just so angelic and with a simple swipe of color from it, it can leave you feeling like a beautiful fairy.
A palette I bought months back, I find myself reaching for it often, especially this past week. Adoring this palette myself, I wanted to create a review for any of you Darlings out there that may still be on the white picket fence about picking this up. I truly hope that by the end of this post, you’ll find the Glitter Bomb palette as enchanting as I do.

When I first saw the previews of the Glitter Bomb palette, I simply knew it had to be mine as I absolutely adore a glittery makeup look. I was never one to shy away from “out there” makeup looks after all. This palette was everything I dreamed of; not only did it have glitter shadows, but some of them were delightful pastels and had names like “Fairy Dust” and “Rosé All Day.” It was as if this palette was made for me!

Getting it, I thought the packaging was darling. It’s a sleek black with the word Glitter spelled out in rainbow letters. Inside the letters are colorful, little sparkles that move as you move the palette around. It’s such a lovely design!

Moving on to the most important part of this palette, the shades are absolutely stunning. This dreamy palette comes with 8 glitter shades and two base shades. One base shade is a white and is meant to brighten up the look of the glitters on your eye and the other base shade is a matte black shadow meant to darken and smoke out the look of the glitter shadows. Both of these bases shades go on very smoothly and truly help the shadows pop. I personally prefer using the brightening base as I adore lighter shadow shades.

As for the main glitter shadows, these are so perfect and left me completely enchanted by them! They go on so nice and buttery, which is surprising as they are a glitter shadow. I’ve been using this palette since the summer and I’ve yet to have an issue with patchiness or the glitters feeling chunky on my eyelids. One swipe of color leaves you sparkling like an ethereal fairy!

The Swatches you see in this post were done with just one swipe over NYX’s glitter glue primer, which makes these gorgeous glitters not only pop even more, but last all day without creasing!
You can easily create many looks using just this palette alone or mix it with others for even more angelic looks. You can even get away with using Fairy Dust or Rosé All Day (with a light hand) as a highlight! Personally I’ve been loving the dreamy pastel look I’ve been wearing a lot lately using the shades Fairy Dust, Rosé All Day, Confetti, and Hot Damn! With a dusty plum added in the crease as a transitional shade, this pastel look is a darling and dreamy look that reminds me of princesses and lilac skies.
I’m honestly extremely happy that I made the purchase for this palette as it’s been a staple in my recent looks. I know many people might see the word “glitter” and shy away from this palette thinking they’d either never use it or wouldn’t be able to come up with any looks because of them being glitters, but I believe anyone can make this palette work. If you’ve been debating on getting this, you’re in love with glitter, or you’ve been wanting to try something new and outside your makeup comfort zone, I truly recommend the Glitter Bomb palette.
I think you Darlings will love it as much as I do!

I hope you Loves enjoyed today’s enchanting post and it helps you decide on whether or not you’d like to give this palette a go!
Let me know in the comments if you plan on trying it or if you already have!

I’ve created my own personal fairytale where everyone who enters can become the majestical being they’ve always dreamed of. Whether that’s a princess, fairy, mermaid, unicorn, or even a dainty little woodland creature. It’s a beautiful, angelic place where everyone is free to reach for their most wildest dreams, make wishes on dandelions, have whimsical tea parties, and frolick through fields of fresh flowers without the judgement of others. It’s a lovely little land that’s open to all people, no matter who you are or what you identify as, all of you are welcome and safe here.

I’ve recently switched back to using my Henri Bendel Riverside Convertible Clutch in this gorgeous dusty rose shade as I wanted to use a smaller bag for the time being. As someone who usually carries a lot of magical things with her, I wanted to limit myself to just the princess essentials. This bag is perfect for any fancy princess out there as it is a dreamy shade of pink that adds the right amount of class to any outfit.
Spilling the dainty bag out, the first thing that comes out is one that’s whimsical and hypnotizing with its charming sparkles. With a delightful pink color and a darling name, this is something every princess should keep in their bags, a hand sanitizer. This lovely one is called Champagne Sparkle and has an image of the Eiffel Tower on it. It smells like champagne wishes and dreamy roses. I absolutely adore it!
The last thing I keep in my dainty bag, is my adorable and soft faux fur wallet from Guess. A gorgeous shade of blush pink, the feeling of this wallet is luxurious and is my favorite addition to my princess bag. It’s the perfect size to store my smaller Henri Bendel card holder that currently has all of my important cards such as credit cards, IDs, and other necessities. I feel as though I’m holding onto a pink cloud every time I pull it out of my bag!

I started my wonderful blogging journey almost six years ago in September of 2012. Being that I was in a web design class, I had already been introduced to blogging, WordPress in particular. For one of our beginner projects, we had to set up our own blog, give it a theme, and publish a post just to get used to a simple set up. Well I ended up coming across a lovely community on here, The Clique community. The Clique is a lovely book series by the amazing Lisi Harrison about a group of girls who call themselves The Pretty Committee. In this little community these girls had Clique blogs where each blog would be in the theme of that character and basically they’d write fan fiction blog posts with their chosen character as the center of their plot line. Having adored writing Clique fan fiction on fanfiction.net, I created a blog and joined in. That is how I started out, pretending I was Dylan Marvil on the Internet.

Sadly I let those words affect me negatively and in walked self-doubt. As I would be working on the things to get me to the finish line, I would suddenly start having thoughts that this was all pointless. Putting in all this work and effort is for nothing as I’ll never make it. I’m simply just not good enough or cut out for this life, so I should just give up now…and I did. I would always give up and let my own doubts win. It would hurt me so bad to do so and I would end up crying alone in my room feeling like I was letting myself down. Like I was letting the younger version of me with big dreams down.
I’m still doubting this blog as I sit here and type these very words, but luckily with the help of the amazing loves who have been supporting me so far, the encouraging words I read from another blog to beginners, and wonderful quotes I’ve found on Pinterest, I know I’ll get through it.

Start off your enchanting Valentine’s Day by picking out a lavish outfit that makes you feel the most like a princess and makes you feel like you’re shining from the inside out. For such a romantic holiday, I personally suggest a romantic dress or ethereal tulle skirt in an adorable blush pink. You’ll feel incredibly girly and sweet! Take the time to do some pirouettes in the gorgeous outfit you chose and just let your true self show.

Always one to try out new enchanting scents, last month I fell in love with two; 24K Blush and Pink Gold. Both being inexpensive and from PINK, these are dreamy, warm scents that are like wrapping a fluffy blanket around you in the middle of winter. They’re just so light and delicate, the perfect kind of scents for the colder months. Packaged in beautiful rose gold and pink bottles, they’ve made my vanity area look even more princessy. If you have the chance to try one of these, I truly recommend them!
The next magical product I favored this month had me feeling like a dainty fairy all month long. With a delightful pink color that looks as if it’s delicious pink frosting, Lush’s Snow Fairy had my heart in January. Not only did it make my delicate skin feel buttery smooth, but it left behind the faint scent of sweet spun sugar that lasted for hours after my shower.
Moving on from beauty, I just have to share my absolute favorite candle of the month. With a gorgeous mint green color, Bath & Body Work’s White Mint Latte won me over. Not only did the beautiful packaging fit in with my decor, the smell was delightfully dreamy. Smelling just like a warm freshly made peppermint mocha wafting all throughout the room, this candle is the most perfect one for the winter months. I’m truly going to be sad when I completely burn through this candle.
Not all of my favorite fashion items have been clothing, this next piece that captivated me last month is this lavish, fluffy scarf. With an amazingly soft faux fur, this blush pink scarf has kept me incredibly warm all month long. Not only is it warm, but it made me feel like a fancy snow bunny!
