Hello my lovlies!

Welcome to the 12 Days of Pinkmas, which is this my own little version of blogmas and will consist of 12 enchanting posts for the holiday season!

With the arrival of December the nights are growing longer, carrying with them is the softest whisper of winter’s magic, making me feel like retreating inward to the comforting embrace of my favorite blanket and my reading nook.

My favorite way to cozy up with a book is with a spiced vanilla chai in hand and the dreamiest holiday romance novel that is sure to fill me with a feeling of joy and warmth.

My December To Be Read is full of whimsical holiday romance perfect for the season with a bit of nostalgia with the last book on this month’s list. It’s a reread for me, but it’s an old favorite that some of you may recognize yourselves and it still has holiday themes in the beginning!

So brew up your favorite holiday drink and let’s get right into this month’s titles!

⋆𐙚₊˚⊹♡

♡ December by Nicole Pyland – If you remember two past tbr’s I had October and November on it, but now it’s time for the final book in the New Orleans series, which drops December 2nd by the way. This book follows Dana, a caterer that is working on a film set that wants to be part of the industry, but settled for serving people food just to be part of it. When a movie based on her friend’s love story (the characters from the book March) is being made in New Orleans, she’s assigned to be an assistant for one of the lead actresses who happens to be a major diva. Samara is the actress and she’s been keeping a secret. The production she’s working on isn’t the blockbuster she’s used to and she’s feeling like she made a mistake. It can’t get worse when the other actress in the film drops out at the last minute. Dana’s dream just might finally come true when she’s asked to play the role and maybe there’s more to Samara than just the diva attitude.

♡ Breakup Buddies by J.J. Arias & Bryce Oakley – This book is a cozy holiday romcom about two women who meet on a heartbreak anonymous app. When their holiday meet ups stretch from Miami to Colorado to LA, the long distance and fear of losing their friendship stop them from giving their relationship a try. Now they have to decide if love is worth the chance.

♡ Christmas in Miracle Valley by A.J. Marchant – This book follows Juniper Kringle who is next in line to take over her family’s business. Her one goal in life is to sit next to her father in the sleigh on Christmas Eve and eventually take over the reins. But first she has to get through her last few weeks of the traditional Kringle solo trip and so far it’s uneventful, until her car breaks down. Suddenly Juniper finds herself in the middle of nowhere, Miracle Valley. A place that it seems forgotten all about christmas, which the unhelpful head elf, Humphrey, points out in one of his unpredictable pop in visits.

♡ Hoax for the Holidays by Bel Blackwood – This one follows a freelance artist, Isla, who is at risk of losing her family home to developers. Her solution to this problem? To pretend to be fake married to the frosty CEO, Grace. It’s supposed to be all business between them to save Isla’s home, but as the holiday season kicks up, their fake romance gets a dusting of real romance. With baking, cozy fireside conversations, and stolen kisses under the mistletoe, how much of their marriage is real or fake?

♡ Meant to be Christmas by Jamey Moody – This book follows Kendall, who leaves behind her NYC apartment, for a month long stay at her best friend’s with hopes of enjoying a festive December instead of a lonely one. Her best friend also has a husband who happens to have a best friend of his own coming to stay, Marley. Over the years Kendall and Marley have heard many things about the other from their friends, though they had yet to meet until this moment. Feeling like they already know so much about the other from stories, there’s an immediate spark. With a flurry of holiday parties coming up, Marley proposes that she and Kendall pose as each other’s date.

♡ Invasion of the Boy Snatchers: The Clique Series by Lisi Harrison – This is the little bit of nostalgia in my December TBR that some may remember. Lately I’ve been on a kick of rereading The Clique Series as it’s my absolute favorite and is the whole reason I got into writing fanfiction and blogging all those years ago. Though sometimes I do still think about starting a new Clique fic with my head cannon on AO3.

This book takes place right after the Holiday season where Massie and Claire end up becoming roommates while the guesthouse is being renovated, but that’s not the only thing Massie is dealing with. Alicia’s cousin Nina shows up from Spain and she’s definitely not the awkward nerd she used to be. With Nina moving in on Massie’s territory and all of the Briarwood boys, including Massie’s crush, Massie is ready to toss her out of Westchester like last year’s Sevens Jeans.

I’m very excited for this month’s tbr simply because I just adore holiday themed things that fill me with a warm, cozy feeling!

PS: If you’re enjoying the aesthetic of Pinkmas here but want a glimpse behind the aesthetic, I’m doing a more casual, everyday version of Blogmas on my personal blog this year! It’s where I talk about the ins/outs and chaos of everyday life, and all the less-than-aesthetic moments of the season. Click here to go over there now and check it out!

What books are you curling up with first this month? Let me know in the comments!

Stone Spells ☾ The Dreamiest Crystals for Autumn ☾ 13 Nights of Pinkoween

The soft scent of vanilla cinnamon pancakes drifts from the kitchen as a cozy silence settles. The steam from my dainty cup of black tea dances in the air as I wait for breakfast to be finished.

Hello, my lovelies! ♡

Welcome to night eleven of Pinkoween! We are nearing the end of our magical journey, but tonight, we are turning our focus to the quiet, ancient energy of the earth.

Just as the leaves shift from bright green to deep crimson and gold, our energy needs grounding and protection during this transitional season. I don’t use crystals for heavy magic, but as beautiful, tangible anchors for my softest intentions. Think of them as dreamy little reminders of the magic already within you.

Here are the six crystals I always bring out to place near my cozy book nook, on my soft pink altar, or even carry in my bag during the autumn months.

⋆⁺₊⋆ ☾⋆⁺₊⋆

☾ Carnelian

Brings confidence and motivation during the shorter days when night comes too quick, helping you stay focused even when the world is dark by 5pm. It boosts passion and creativity while supporting joy.

☾ Smoky Quartz

This stone relieves stress and anxiety while ridding you of fears. It promotes releasing emotional blocks and grounding you. Smokey Quartz is also known for lifting moods and being an aid for psychic work and dreams.

☾ Citrine

This crystal is perfect for the autumn season as the days grow shorter and the nights longer. It provides abundance and joy, but also brings warmth into the colder months of the harvest.

☾ Red Jasper

This crystal has a strong grounding vibration. Being associated with the earth element, Red Jasper will keep you connected to nature throughout the harvest. It also brings serenity and balance while stabilizing your mood, which is perfect for this time of year if you suffer from seasonal depression.

☾ Black Tourmaline

The perfect crystal for spooky season as it’s meant to protect your from energy “vampires” and transforming any negativity into positive energy. It’s a very powerful protective stone.

☾ Amber

Amber brings reassurance and protection during the autumn months, but it also aids in depression. It absorbs pain and cleanses the mind to promote self confidence and self expression.

⋆⁺₊⋆ ☾⋆⁺₊⋆

May these beautiful stones bring warmth, grounding, protection, and deep comfort to your autumn routine.

Which stone will you be adding to your cozy corner tonight, my lovelies? ♡

Midnight Snack Magic ☾ Three Pink-O-Ween Treats for Cozy Reading ☾ 13 Nights of Pink-O-Ween

The crisp Autumn air blows gently through the open window as I sit on my softest Halloween blanket. The dreamy sound of my Soft Girl Autumn playlist drifts from my phone as I type away.

Hello, my lovelies! ♡

Welcome to the second night of Pinkoween! Tonight I bring you a secret ritual to true self-care, the intentional midnight snack.

When the house is quiet and the moon is high, settling in with a new lesbian romance novel feels like an act of rebellion and comfort all at once. And what’s a beautiful book moment without a tiny, luxurious treat to match the mood?

Tonight, we aren’t cooking. We are simply crafting three gorgeous, pink-hued snacks that pair perfectly with a blanket, a stack of books, and a peaceful mind. These are designed to be low-effort, celestial magic.

☾ The Blushing Elixir: Strawberry Rose Hot Chocolate

Forget the basic cocoa. This is an elevated, warm, and subtly floral drink that feels like liquid love in a spooky mug. It’s comforting enough for the night but magical for the season!

The Magic: The rose petals add a faint, witchy hint of femininity and self love!

Ingredients:

• 1 cup of milk (or the plant milk of your choice!)

• 1/2 cup of strawberry syrup (or strawberry milk powder)

• 1 tbsp white chocolate chips

• A splash of vanilla syrup

• Whipped cream and dried rose petals

Recipe: Gently heat the milk, strawberry syrup, and white chocolate in a small saucepan. Once it begins to heat up, add a splash of vanilla syrup. Top with whipped cream and garnish with rose petals for the most dreamy, magical hot cocoa!

☾ Spectral Sweetness: Strawberry Ghost Bites

Sometimes the simplest treats look the most ethereal. These Strawberry Ghost Bites take zero time and provide a crisp, cold bite of ghostly sweetness that’s perfect for when you need something light while deep into an intense chapter!

The Magic: The vanilla yogurt dip creates a smooth, spectral shroud over the fruit to resemble an adorable ghost!

Ingredients:

• Large, ripe strawberries

• Vanilla yogurt (or strawberry yogurt for pink ghosts!)

• Mini dark chocolate chips

Recipe: Pat the strawberries completely dry (this helps the “ghost” stick). Dip the strawberries into the yogurt, coating them completely, leaving the leaf part exposed. Place them on a parchment-lined plate. Immediately add two tiny dark chocolate chips for eyes and on chip for the mouth. Freeze for 15 minutes. Serve straight from the freezer for maximum spectral effect!

☾ Crystalized Rose Snack Mix

This mix is the perfect blend of salty, sweet, and crunchy. It’s inspired by the idea of keeping your energy balanced while you read; a little grounding crunch, a little soft sweetness.

The Magic: The mix of colors and textures looks like tiny pink crystals found in an enchanted forest!

Ingredients:

• 1 cup of white chocolate mini-pretzels

• 1/2 cup of freeze-dried strawberries (they provide the perfect light pink crunch!)

• 1/4 cup of yogurt-covered raisins

• 1/4 cup of dark chocolate chips

• 1/4 cup of slivered almonds

• 1/4 cup of tiny white marshmallows

• A pinch of edible glitter or pink dusting sugar (optional, but highly encouraged for the pink crystal look!)

Recipe: Combine all dry ingredients in a spooky season themed ceramic bowl. The key here is the presentation serving it in something lovely makes it taste better! This mix is meant to be eaten by the handful, the perfect companion when you can’t bear to look away from the page.

⋆⁺₊⋆ ☾⋆⁺₊⋆

The midnight snack is truly a form of Witchy Self-Love. It’s the intentional act of nourishing your body and soul simultaneously. Choose your treat, settle into your coziest spot, and let the magic of your chosen novel take hold.

What are some your most favorite snacks for a cozy reading session?

Fated Flames & Forest Walks ☾ My Favorite Fall Lesbian Romance Novels ☾ 13 Nights of Pink-O-Ween

The gentle Autumn rain taps at the window as the sky grows darker with the clouds and fog. Inside the atmosphere is cozy, with swirls of pumpkin pie twirling about the room. The soft glow of the fairy lights with the flickering candle create a calming view as I type.

Hello, my lovelies! ♡

Welcome to night one of the 13 Nights of Pink-O-Ween! Over the next 13 days, I have a plethora of enchanting post for the spookiest time of the year on my own spin on blogtober.

Tonight, the air is foggy & rainy, my pumpkin candles and incense are lit, and I’ve curled up in my favorite spot with a my kindle app!

My most favorite time of year is here again, autumn is the season for fated, atmospheric romance, where mist hangs heavy over the forest and love feels as inevitable as the changing leaves.

These five books are my absolute favorite companions for a cozy, enchanted autumn night. They all take place in Autumn or Halloween, making them perfect to add to your October/November “To Be Reads.”

So grab a warm cup of pumpkin spice tea, and let’s dive into these dreamy worlds of sapphic devotion!

☾ October by Nicole Pyland — Probably my most favorite out of the bunch! This book is actually part of a series where the second of every month a new book drops and the title is that current month, I love it so much I recommend reading them all. However this one takes place in October where a woman, Molly, falls for a co-worker, Finely, who just so happens to be on again off again with another co-worker, India. Finely is finally ready to move on from that relationship and realizes she likes Molly, who doesn’t believe Finely and India are truly over.

☾ Not Just Gal Pals by Elizabeth Luly — This is a cozy Autumnal book that i’ve just started myself! It follows an influencer named Jenny who has recently been canceled due to an unfortunate post. This leads her to extending her time in her hometown of Sapphire Springs, where she is visiting for her finest friend’s wedding. Enter Blake, Sapphire Spring’s only doctor, who’s had a crush on Jenny since high school. A crush that causes her to act awkward anytime she sees Jenny, who views it as Blake disliking her. Now Jenny and Blake must work together on their friend’s bachelorette party where sparks begin to fly.

☾ Pumpkin Spice & Poltergeist by Ali K. Mulford & K. Elle Morrison — This is a “To Be Read” for me, but the concept intrigued me! An apothecary witch named Jordyn has romance on her mind when she gets witch wasted accidentally conjures up her dead ex girlfriend. Her dead ex is now haunting her until she finds someone new to move on with. Harlow, the new girl in town, soon realizes that magic really exists in Maple Hallow and she soon meets Jordyn as sparks being to fly. Will Jordyn’s ghostly girlfriend get in the way of love?

☾ Taping into Love by Monica McCallan — This one is a re-read for me because I love it so much! Back in town after the death of her father, Sierra Westmoore tries to rent out a room in the town’s bed and breakfast called The Maple Inn. The Inn is owned by Lucy and her family and Lucy does not care for the Westmoore family or the maple syrup they produce. Sierra has a plan with her brother to make things right and changing the opinion of the town about their family now that their father is gone. Lucy doesn’t believe a Westmoore could ever change, but will feelings for Sierra change her mind?

☾ Curses & Coldbrew by Ali K. Mulford & K. Elle Morrison — Another “To Be Read” for me! This book takes us back to the magical, ghostly town of Maple Hallow. This time we meet Ramona Henry, whose soul has gone missing and she sets out to go find the thief. Iris Stonewood is Maple Hallow’s flirtatious witch, who Ramona is annoyed by. When Iris is bored she decides she’s going to help Ramona find her soul. When souls start vanishing like candy on Halloween, they must find the culprit before Iris’s soul is next. Ramona and Iris are on the hunt all while their chemistry rises.

⋆⁺₊⋆ ☾⋆⁺₊⋆

Happy reading, my lovelies! I hope these recommendations fill your cozy book nook with beautiful magic this season. Which one are you adding to your fall stack first? ♡
