As dreamy snow falls from the starry skies, the silence of a winter night surrounds the town. Innocent snowflakes dust my long, dark lashes as a soft smile plays at my lips. After a long, but lovely day spent running Christmassy errands, I return home to unwind.

As soon as I step through the door the enchanted scent of twisted peppermint, wonderful sugared snow, and soft vanilla swirl around me like a warm hug. Instantly it’s as though I’m transported to the magical land of sweets.

Skipping off like a snow fairy, I remove my fluffy blush pink coat, hanging it up. My long snow-white vintage gown with a ballet pink ribbon at the waist makes me feel like Clara from The Nutcracker. Long blush pink hair cascades in soft, dreamy curls down my back. Pulled half up/ half down with a delicate pink bow, it swishes gently as I walk into my pink wonderland room.

With the scent of lovely peppermint growing stronger, I plug in all of the twinkling Christmas lights. The room now illuminated by magical fairy lights and an enchanted tree, I have arrived to my own personal Land of Sweets.

The Overture from The Nutcracker begins playing softly as I remove my pink satin bow heels.

Feeling absolutely euphoric as we’re in the midst of my most favorite time of year, I twirl around the illuminated room to the music of The Nutcracker soundtrack. Curls bouncing softly, I feel so angelic and ethereal; like a dreamy Christmas fairy.

Once I’m done with my little happy dancing, I put on my blush bow slippers, grab my darling sparkling star robe, and pick out which festive pajamas I wish to wear. Heading off to the bathroom, I start a warm bath. After adding in some Sparkling Snow bubble bath, I drop in a Snow Fairy bath bomb from Lush. The water begins to become a pretty swirl of light pinks and sparkly bubbles. Lighting my White Mint Latte candle, I step into the enchanting bath. The warmth engulfs me as the Sugarplum Fairy plays in the background. I instantly feel relaxed and magical.

Slipping into red satin pajamas, perfectly suited for the Christmas season, I put on my dreamy champagne colored robe with ruffled sleeves. The glittering stars all over it only make me feel much more festive. Putting out my latte candle, I step back into my pink wonderland room.

Sitting at my girly blogging/makeup desk, I write in my rose gold journal as I plan out my weekly schedule and blogmas posts. The soft white faux fur on my desk brushes against my wrist as I write. I take a moment to look up from my current work to admire the pink wonderland decor on my desk and my darling trees. Everything about this time of year simply makes me so happy.

Done with my planning for the night, I reach over to grab my dainty Royal Albert Christmas Tree mug. Choosing between gingerbread tea and Starbucks Holiday Blend coffee, I decide to go for the coffee and make a wonderful peppermint mocha.

I settle in on the couch with my coffee and a cozy red and green Christmas sherpa blanket. I enjoy my delicious peppermint mocha as I catch up on vlogmas videos on YouTube.

Setting my now empty mug aside and slipping back into my bow slippers, I head back off to the bathroom to wash my face. Before beginning my skincare routine, I put on my blush pink bow headband to be sure my curls don’t fall in my face.

Once I’ve washed my face and brushed my teeth, I apply a rose hydrogel face mask and skip back to the land of sweets to pick out an enchanting Christmas movie to watch.

Settling on one of my absolute favorites, I watch Beauty & the Beast The Enchanted Christmas as I have a pink and white peppermint candy cane as a delightful snack.

As the movie ends, I head off to bed. Settling underneath cozy & fluffy pink blankets, I drift off to sleep with the sounds of The Nutcracker soundtrack playing through my headphones. With my silk blush sleep mask on, I dream of dainty sugarplums and the waltz of the flowers.

Hello my Sugarplum Darlings!

As Christmas nears closer each day, I feel the perfect way to get into an enchanting festive mood is to watch dreamy Christmas movies.

Over the years, I have come to love a few holiday movies much more than any others as these are the ones I watch every year no matter what.

While there’s a plethora of other Christmas movies I love out there, these are the ones I adore the absolute most and hold near & dear to my heart!

♡ Barbie in The Nutcracker – This darling movie has been one of my favorite holiday movies since I was 8. It also happens to be my all time favorite Barbie movie. It combines my absolute favorite holiday with the dreamy Nutcracker ballet and all things pink & Barbie!

♡ Eloise at Christmastime – One of my all time favorites. I just adore this movie so much as I grew up with it and it brings back many lovely childhood memories. It’s a little tradition for me to watch Eloise at least once every year.

♡ Jingle All the Way – This movie was another one of my favorites growing up and it still is today as it makes me feel so nostalgic. It’s not only a heartwarming Christmas movie, but it’s funny as well!

♡ The Tangerine Bear – This one was always one of my favorites when I was little. It’s just so adorable and heartwarming, perfect for this time of year. When I was little I always wished to have my own little tangerine bear with an adorably cute crookid smile.

♡ Unaccompanied Minors – This is one of those movies where it’s one of your favorites, but you’re not really sure why or even when it became a favorite. I usually end up watching this one multiple times during the Christmas season.

♡ Beauty & the Beast: The Enchanted Christmas – As you may know, I just simply adore all things Disney; Beauty & the Beast being one of those things. While some may not like this film very much, I think it’s the perfect darling and enchanting movie for the holidays. I find myself watching this even when it’s not December as I just love it that much. I’ve also always lusted after Belle’s winter coat!

♡ Dr. Seuss’ How The Grinch Stole Christmas – I can still remember the very first time I saw this movie, it’s such a magical memory I’ll always keep. Which is why I will always adore this version of The Grinch! That and Jim Carey is just amazing at playing The Grinch.

As the enchanting month of December continues to fly by, we’re now just about a week away from the chilly start of winter. As a petite angel who isn’t quite suited for the frigid days ahead, there’s a few lovely essentials I find myself gravitating toward each winter.

I like to call these my dreamy winter princess essentials! They’re guaranteed to make any princess continue to look fancy throughout the brisk months, but also keep her warm and cozy.

♡ Beret – I feel like berets are such a princess necessity for the colder month. They just look simply darling and fancy on anyone! There’s plenty of lovely colors to choose from and even different types like wool or knit. Personally I adore wearing my black wool beret with a Blair Waldorf inspired outfit. It makes me feel like such a park avenue princess!

♡ Faux Fur Coat – Something a darling winter princess most definitely needs is a soft, yet dreamy faux fur coat. They keep you absolutely warm from the blistering winter winds, but they also make any outfit instantly look classy and chic. With so many different styles and colors to choose from, you’ll easily find one that perfectly suits you. I have many faux furs and switch between them often depending on my outfit, but lately I’ve been favoring this angelic mint green on. It’s extra cozy and super soft, plus the color is simply lavish!

♡ Fancy Bag – The perfect way to accessorize any lovely winter outfit is to have a fancy bag—and no, loves, I don’t mean fancy as in you must go out and purchase a new designer bag! Any bag that you feel is cute, dreamy, and suits your style is the perfect fancy bag for you. I personally love going with a simple black bag in the winter months as it goes with any outfit and contrasts well against winter wonderland scenery!

♡ Furry Gloves – One of my favorite pair of gloves are these delicate furry ones that I purchased last year. I’m someone who prefers fingerless gloves as I can easily do more things while wearing them, but despite that these ones still keep my hands warm. They just look so fancy with each and every outfit! If fingerless gloves aren’t your thing, there’s tons of dreamy, girly, and furry gloves out there.

♡ Darling Scarf – Scarves are such a perfect layering accessory for putting together fancy winter outfits and they keep you warm. I adore faux fur scarves for an added fancy/snow bunny feel, but I also love a simple black & white plaid scarf for a classic touch. With so many different types and designs of scarves out there, you’re sure to find the perfect one (or ones!) that make you feel princessy!

♡ Elegant Winter Perfume – I adore switching up my perfume in the winter as for the colder months I prefer a more elegant, sensual, and classic scent. My signature winter scent is Gucci’s Première as it captures all three of these things. Every winter princess must find the perfect perfume to make her signature!

♡ Faux Fur & Pearl Earmuffs – One of my favorite winter things to keep me warm are my angelic pink faux fur with pearl detailing earmuffs! They’re just so delicate and lavish looking. They not only look adorable, but they’ll also have you feeling like the coziest princess.

♡ Dreamy Lotion – Lastly one of the most important essentials a princess needs for winter is a dreamy lotion to keep dry winter skin away. For the holidays/wintery months, I love to use winter themed lotions like the ones at Bath & Body Works. I just love the packaging and scents as they make me feel even more like a festive winter princess!

The crescent moon shines brightly as soft flurries dust the roads below. With a cup of fresh rose petal tea in a dainty cup, I feel as though I’m an angelic snow bunny in my blush pink sweater; feeling joyous at the thoughts of all the enchanting posts I planned.

I hope you loved the way I did the intro to this post. I use to do something similar when I had my Dylan Marvil blog years back. I thought it would be darling to include a cute little snip-it of what I’m currently up to written in the way I write my “enchanting day in the life posts.”

Any-sugar, today we’re on the 11th day of blogmas (can you angels believe it?!) and I wanted to share a dreamy wishlist of the things that are on my Christmas list this year. Being that I’m quite the girly princess, everything on this list is soft, blush, and angelic.

1. Victoria’s Secret Fuzzy Fashion Show Sweater – With my love of all things blush pink and soft, I’ve had my eye on this darling sweater for awhile now. I think it happens to be the perfect shade of pink and the fuzziness gives it that snow bunny touch that I adore in the winter months!

2. Henri Bendel Suite 712 Perfume – I recently purchased the Henri Bendel Suite 712 roller ball with an AList reward and adored the scent. It’s classy, elegant, and perfect for fancy winter nights out! I’m hoping to receive a full sized bottle as Bendel’s closes forever on January 20th.

3. Simply Shabby Chic Embroidered Hem Printed Sheets – I came across these charming sheets this pasted summer and thought they were simply lavish. With their angelic blush pink & white stripes, I think they would look simply romantic for a room makeover!

4. Victoria’s Secret The Satin Pajamas – I love getting a new set of darling pajamas for Christmas each year. These satin pajamas with the iconic stripe print are just so luxurious looking!

5. Victoria’s Secret Dream Angels Long Line Bra – This is another item I’ve had my eye on lately. It’s a gorgeous light pink long line bra (my favorite kind!) with rose gold going through it and dainty embellishments on the straps. I feel it will look simply adorable underneath a semi-sheer blouse with the straps peeking out.

6. Henri Bendel Suite 712 Backpack – When I first spotted this bag, I feel in love with it. From the simple, yet classy design to the delicate light coloring I just feel it’s meant to be my bag. This would also most likely be my final Bendel bag.

7. ShopDisney Marie Mug & Spoon Set – I have been seeing this mug everywhere lately—Instagram, Pinterest, and even Youtube! If there’s anything you know about me it’s that I absolutely love The Aristocats, it’s my favorite Disney movie, and I just adore Marie. I just want this adorable mug so, so bad. The colors of it are so dreamy and the added spoon is perfect!

8. Blush Pink Beret – Lately I’ve been wearing berets often with many pretty winter outfits. They’re such a darling accessory that adds the perfect touch to any outfit. I would love to have on in blush pink!

9. Too Faced Pretty Rich Palette – Being that Too Faced is my all time favorite makeup brand, when I saw they cane out with this palette I knew I just had to have it. The shades look so pretty and it includes four glitter shadows!

10. A New Day Pointed Toe Pumps – As a super girly/fancy girl, I have many pairs of heels. However I’m automatically attracted to anything blush pink, pastel, feathery/furry, satin, or velvet. This means all my heels reflect this aesthetic as well which also means I don’t have a simple, basic pair of black pointed toe pumps to go with every outfit. I’m hoping a get a lovely pair for Christmas!

Hello my Sugarplum Darlings!

One of my favorite things purchase during the enchanting winter months are dreamy candles to suit the changing season.

Each year Bath & Body Works has a special day called Candle Day where all candles end up being $8.95 as opposed to $22-$24, which means that’s the perfect excuse to stick up on angelic winter scents!

That’s exactly what I did. This year I went slightly “crazy” and purchased 11 candles, more than I’ve ever bought at once before.

I really adore all the wonderful scents I bought and wanted to share them with you loves.

One of the first candles I instantly knew I had to have was their French Baguette candle as it was a comeback for candle day. I missed out on this lovely candle the first time, but have heard people rave about it for so long! I’m so delighted be able to try it because the smell is truly wonderful. It smells just like fresh baked bread!

The next candle I bought was the always dreamy Twisted Peppermint scent. Not only does the pretty pink packaging fit in with my pinkmas decor, but the scent makes it feel as though I’m twirling off into the land of sweets!

The next three candles I picked up were actually repurchases from ones I bought last year as I adored them so much. I picked up the soft & delicate Pink Petal Tea Cake, the ever bubbly Champagne Toast, and one of my top favorites White Mint Latte—it truly smells like a fresh mint latte was just made!

Another candle Bath & Body Works happened to bring back for candle day was Red Velvet Cupcake, which was perfect for me as I just recently burned through my last bit of red velvet cupcake. I just adore the scent of this one as it truly smells like red velvet cupcakes and being that red velvet is one of my top favorite flavors, that makes me so happy!

After hearing so much about ‘Tis The Season, I finally decided to give that a try as well and I’m happy I did! It’s such a warm, cozy Christmas scent.

Being that I absolutely adore the scent of cranberries in the air this time of year, I also picked up Frosted Cranberry. I’m very excited to start burning this one!

Unfortunately the last three candles I got came shattered, but thankfully Bath & Body Works sent out a replacement order for those three! The ones I bought were Black Cherry Merlot (my mom’s absolute favorite), Winter Candy Apple, and Fresh Sparkling Snow.

With the sounds of angel whispers swirling through the air and mingling with the soft flurries, a new & enchanting season is right around the corner. As nature begins to look like a dreamy frosted cake, a fresh start envelops us like a warm hug on a brisk afternoon.

It’s the perfect time of year to set lovely goals to work towards and make all your sparkling dreams come true.

I’m positively joyous to share my winter wonderland wishes with you darlings!

♡ Go Ice Skating – Ice Skating was always something I loved for as long as I can remember. When I was little my dream was to be an ice skater and I would watch any and every ice skating movie I could possibly find. I feel as though I haven’t been ice skating in so long and it’s the perfect enchanting winter activity!

♡ Dress up Everyday – As I was down for so long, I haven’t been putting much effort into my looks. Usually I would always dress up to feel princessy everyday, but due to feeling sad and awful about myself, I started not wearing makeup or only wearing oversized shirts and yoga/sweatpants. I’ve always adored dressing up and being overly girly, even as a little girl. So I’d really love to get back to that and start planning dreamy outfits to wear each day!

♡ Take More Photos – I don’t mean my typical blog/instagram photos, but just of life, people, and the things that make me the happiest. I’d love to create a photo wall or scrapbook out of all the magical memories I collect.

♡ Do More Holiday Themed Things – The Christmas season is my all time favorite; I just adore everything about it! I truly want to make the most of it by doing more holiday themed things, whether that’d be simply watching Hallmark Christmas movies, making crafts, or going to a Christmas play.

♡ Create Holiday DIYs – During the holiday season I would always get super creative and make all kinds of darling holiday themed crafts. Art is one of my top favorite things in the world and getting back into Christmas DIYs would be lovely.

♡ Enjoy Myself – Instead of always constantly being on my toes and worrying about what others might think, I want to fully be my bubbly self. I want to let go and openly love the things that bring me joy, not be afraid to be silly even in public, pay people random compliments, and wear what makes me happy. I’m just tired of having to worry about what others may think of me at the expense of my own happiness and true self.

♡ Try to Stress Less – I find myself stressing over tiny, irrelevant things more often than not. This usually leads to my anxiety worsening and me being upset for the rest of the day. I’m hoping to attempt to stress less and instead look at the positives.

♡ Stick with Yoga – For a long while I have been wishing to get into the habit of doing morning yoga to start my day positively. I’ve been doing morning yoga sessions the past few days and I simply love this new addition to my Enchanting morning routine. My goal is to stick with it all season long.

♡ Start Baking Again – I absolutely adored baking, as it would make me feel euphoric. I would always make tons of girly and dreamy treats, however I stopped baking for quite some time. I had a chance to make delightful pink velvet cupcakes with angelic pink frosting and pearl sprinkles last month; it brought back my love of baking! This winter I’m hoping to bake more often as I have many planned “bake with me” posts.

♡ What do you like best about winter?

I absolutely adore the holiday season as well as the very first snowfall. There’s just something so dreamy about the first snow flurries tumbling down from the sky and the moonlight illumination the fresh snow making it glisten.

♡ What’s your favorite holiday movie? 

I have many top favorites, but if I had to choose just one, I’d say Barbie in The Nutcracker. I cherish this movie so much as I associate it with wonderful Christmas memories and childhood.

♡ Favorite holiday drink? 

I’m very torn between a delicious peppermint mocha and a delightful gingerbread latte. I simply love them both too much to choose between the two!

♡ Favorite holiday song?

Merry Christmas, Happy Holidays by *NSYNC. It just brings me so much joy and happy memories!

♡ Favorite winter candle scent? 

Fresh Sparkling Snow and Winter Candy Apple from Bath & Body Works. Both of these scents truly capture some of my favorite smells associated with the holiday season.

My favorite Winter memory actually has to do with Barbie in The Nutcracker. I can still remember getting it on DVD for the very first time when I was only 8 years old. It was a snowy day and everything looked so enchanting all covered in the glistening snow. I was spending the day Christmas shopping with my mom and we stopped at Sam’s Club for dainty little deserts and that’s when I saw the DVD. My mom got it for me and let me have it early so I watched it as soon as I got home. It was just such a wonderful day and I’ll never forget it.

♡ Do you open any presents on Christmas Eve?

Yes! In my family we’ve always had the tradition of opening new Christmas pajamas on Christmas Eve night right before going to bed.

♡ What is your all-time favorite holiday food/sweet treat? 

I’d have to say I really love pineapple stuffing. It’s such a sweet, warm dish that’s total holiday comfort food!

♡ Most memorable Holiday moment? 

The very first time I saw George Balanchine’s The Nutcracker Ballet at the Philadelphia Academy of Music when I was 6. That was when I first fell in love with The Nutcracker.

♡ What makes the holidays special for you? 

Honestly, everything about them! From the feeling of joy all around and the delightful scents twirling through the air to the twinkling of the Christmas lights; it all just feels so special and magical!
