Happy first day of autumn and the official start to spooky season! I have many enchanting & magical posts planned out for the season that I’m so excited to work on, but today I wanted to share a cute little witchy post teaching you how to make a dreamy self love spell jar. I just adore making spell jars and one of my favorite types of spell works always has to do with self love!

What you need:
♡ seashells ♡ a piece of paper for self affirmations
♡ rose & hibiscus petals ♡ rose quartz & clear quartz pieces
♡ lavender ♡ pink string & a pink candle
First start by cleansing your space and your items with your chosen incense — rose would be perfect to set the energy for this spell jar!
On a small piece of paper write out some self love affirmations; the affirmations you choose are completely up to you. Roll up the tiny paper as if it’s a mini scroll — feel free to tie it with some pink string for added cuteness!
Now it’s time to start adding in our items! The order of how you layer them is up to you, however I like to layer them like this: the hibiscus petals, rose quartz pieces, lavender, rose petals, clear quartz pieces, and then the seashells before adding in my self love affirmations scroll.
Once the jar is complete, seal it with pink candle wax [pink candles are used in self love spells ♡] and tie it with a pink string.
With the jar completed, say the self love spell and thank the universe & aphrodite and that’s all there is to it! ♡
