With the fresh start of a new year I’ve been refreshed with many ideas and while I cannot wait to share them all, I wanted to start off 2023 with a little post about one of my favorite things: crystals!
I absolutely adore collecting many different types of crystals and using them in my daily life. Today however, I’m going to share some of my favorite beginner crystals for anyone who may wish to start collecting them knows where to start!
☽ clear quartz – used for healing, clarity, and cleansing. Clear quartz amplifies & restores energies. This quartz can also be used in place of any crystal in spellwork. Perfect for the crown chakra!
☽ amethyst – used for protection, intuition, and healing. Amethyst helps create spiritual protection against negative energy — this is a fave for those of us with anxiety! Can be used for the third eye chakra.
☽ citrine – used for happiness, creativity, and abundance. Citrine is the crystal to use to aid in manifestations and achieving goals. Can be used for both the sacral & solar plexus chakras.
☽ rose quartz – used for self love, caring, and romance. Rose quartz promotes self love and confidence while also attracting love and ridding insecurities. Perfect to use for the heart chakra!
☽ aquamarine – used for calming, courage, and cleansing. Aquamarine is also used to aid with panic attacks and reducing stress as well as help with letting go. Have a blocked throat chakra? Try meditating with an aquamarine crystal!
☽ amazonite – used for balance, soothing, and truth. Amazonite is the perfect crystal to help you see an issue from other perspectives to seek the truth. It’s also great for luck & success! Can be used for both the heart & throat chakras.
